As a community facilitator and impact strategist, Matt works at the cross sections of the community building, placemaking and shared living sectors. After working on post-disaster urban regeneration and placemaking projects in Christchurch, NZ, he has been working with coliving developer-owner-operators, consultancies, service providers and nonprofits such as Co-Liv, The Collective, Conscious Coliving and Coliving Ventures.

He is currently consulting on shared living projects via consultancy Conscious Coliving to support them with integrating impact, sustainability, community and wellbeing into their businesses and designs. We aim to transform how the residential real estate sector contributes social value to its residents, staff and wider neighbourhoods.

Matt is a former co-founder and managing partner of Coliving Ventures, the venture manager behind Coliving Insights and Coliving Awards.
