Urban Living Festival is built around a highly relevant audience of people who own, develop, operate, invest in and fund hospitality, living and operational real estate. Complimentary passes are deliberately limited so that the event maintains the right balance of senior decision-makers and commercial partners.
Complimentary passes are intended for qualifying individuals whose organisation is actively involved in owning, developing, operating, investing in or directly providing capital to relevant assets and businesses.
All complimentary pass applications are subject to approval. We assess the applicant's organisation, role and primary reason for attending, and may request additional information where eligibility is unclear.
A supplier or service provider is an organisation whose primary purpose at Urban Living Festival is to sell, market or provide products, technology, advice, professional services or other commercial solutions to landlords, developers, operators, investors or capital providers.
In simple terms: if your organisation primarily sells to the audience, rather than owning, developing, operating, investing in or directly funding the assets itself, you should normally attend as a service provider.
Examples include technology vendors, consultants, advisers, agencies, recruiters, architects and designers, product or equipment suppliers, professional-services firms and other solution providers.
