Lex has been involved in the IRC sector for over a decade. Having been involved in their construction and development, worked for the specialist US IRC sales/tech company Sherpa, and as well as head of membership and ops for ARCO, today he is "operator side". With a broad breadth and depth of experience the only thing he is confident of is that there is an awful lot more to learn and that senior living is a fulfilling career where you might just end up consuming your own product once your career ends!
