Tom is an Architect, Developer and teacher. He jointly leads on the design and development strategy for Noiascape Mixed Used Buildings and directs the cultural content of Noiascape Social.
Tom regularly contributes to teaching; he is a former postgraduate unit master at the Royal College of Art and has taught at the Architectural Association, Greenwich University and Southbank University. A steering group member of the RIBA think tank Building Futures, Tom has led research projects on the future impact of changing demographics on the city.
Tom established Noiascape with James Teatum in 2018 to create Modern Urban living – a new mixed use typology creating places that combine living, working and social space in one integrated building. These organisations extend the concept of living from a private space to a private space connected to a network of people, community and experiences.
Noiascape Social is integrated within the typology - a creative hub, acting at the interface between ideas, people and innovation. A mix of co-working, night school, visual arts, gallery and micro retail.
Through ollaborations, partnerships and commissions Noiascape are extending the concept of subscription living. Providing new ways to experience the private and social life of cities.View all Speakers
