Zafar is a passionate and experienced individual with a demonstrated history of working in many different industries – starting with real estate across a whole spectrum of asset classes. He is driven by a desire to make a lasting and positive change for all who interact with the built environment and experience space physically and non-physically.
Zafar has nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and held prominent roles at companies including M3, Blackstone and Balance Out Living backed by Oaktree Capital.
He has founded several companies and have been instrumental in the successful development and acquisition contributing to a portfolio worth over £2 billion across various asset classes. This also includes raising investment in excess of £250 million for various projects as an entrepreneur.
In recent years, his foundational priorities have shifted to personal development, growth and health. From here I have focused on value-aligned partnerships to nurture, support and deliver projects and initiatives with purpose.
He is an avid coach, mentor, advisor and speaker on topics around business, entrepreneurship, performance, development, design,
operations, mental health, wellness and community.
