In the past decade, he has established myself as a serial entrepreneur and top-tier residential real estate specialist known for my creative approach, proven ability to raise funds, establish and scale operational businesses successfully.
In 2014, he relocated to Berlin, initially joining a Pan-European real estate Group in an entry-level position. Over the years, he progressed to become an executive director, managing a real estate portfolio valued at €1,000,000,000.
During my career, he co-founded Vonder (and acted as its CEO), which has grown to become one of Europe's largest residential real estate operators, specializing in furnished apartments and co-living spaces. Additionally, he launched HÖR, one of the world's most popular electronic music platforms.
In 2021 he established Courtier Capital in Manhattan, a real estate investment and management firm. Within just seven months, he orchestrated real estate acquisitions exceeding $100,000,000 in highly competitive markets, including prime areas of Manhattan (multi-family in West Village, Soho, Chelsea) and ultra-luxury homes in Los Angeles (single family homes in Los Feliz, Hollywood Hills).
