Simon Wisdom is an established business leader, and VP of Sales and Marketing at SoftBank Robotics EMEA, where his philosophy of positive disruption is pioneering the digital transformation of FM and cleaning services through service robotics and AI solutions.
 
Having previously spearheaded expansive business turnarounds in the FM and technology sectors, along with implementing transformative growth strategies, Simon has held roles within the technology company BrainCorp with BrainOS® (the leading autonomy platform driving robotic and AI applications at scale, empowering organizations to automate and infuse intelligence into core operations) which has helped over 2700 companies automate worldwide.
Simon is also a former Business Unit Managing Director for the Mitie Group – the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company - where he led the Transport and Retail Sectors and single service cleaning for North of England. Across the country, Mities' team of 64,000 people look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools and critical government strategic assets.  
Simon is also a transformational coach, helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals by providing strategic guidance and leadership development.
