Sam Ghosh is Vice President of Operations at STAY, leading the day-to-day operations of the STAY buildings and overall guest experience. Sam also owns all sales and revenue processes, overseeing the continued growth of the brand. 

Having joined STAY’s parent company LabTech in 2018, Sam has been an integral part of STAY’s journey from the brand’s creation in 2019. Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from his extensive experience in the serviced apartment and hospitality sector, his leadership has led to impressive growth for STAY and cemented the brand as a key player in the serviced apartment industry. 

Sam believes that serviced apartments should feel like home. Catering to the ever-changing requirements of the modern-day traveller, guest experience remains his top priority as the Serviced Apartment and Hospitality industry continues to evolve.

Sam has a master’s in international business management and has used his vast expertise to support and encourage his team to consistently deliver a world class service. Sam champions sustainability and encourages this to be an important part of the STAY ethos.

Sam is extremely committed and attentive to his guests, his team and his business, and plays a pivotal role in STAY’s continued success. 

Under Sam’s leadership, STAY endeavours to enhance living experiences for business and leisure travellers by creating sanctuaries that connect them to their local neighbourhoods.
