Previously to setting up PeoplePlacesSpaces, Philippa founded and led 23Lab, the futures and insights lab at Ennismore, and was instrumental in shaping WorkingFrom_, Gleneagles Townhouse and many of the new Hoxton Hotels. As a highly creative and commercially driven thinker, Philippa boasts extensive experience with top-tier brands such as Birch, The Hoxton, Ennismore, TFE Hotels and Locke. Her expertise in consumer behaviours, strategic forecasting, and brand storytelling uniquely positions her to deliver forward-thinking strategies that help brands establish their presence in the market. Most recently, she has been famed for conceiving and leading MM:NT Berlin Lab - a micro hotel that operates in ongoing beta mode, gathering feedback from guests to test hypotheses on room sizes, designs, and experiences for future rollout of hospitality experiences.
