Paddy has been involved in the Higher Education Sector for around 25 years, having had senior positions at three universities where his roles included managing and developing accommodation portfolios. He is passionate about the role that accommodation can play in enabling students to get the most from their time at university.

His role at Unipol is to lead the team in many different areas, from developing and operating its own portfolio, providing advice and guidance to students, managing accreditation schemes on both a national and local level and running training programmes for all involved in delivering accommodation for students. In addition, his priority is to ensure that the charity is seen as the authoritative voice within the student accommodation world, which means working closely with universities, local authorities, Government, sector groups and major suppliers.
