Loving to explore new places and cultures Lisette went on a 5-month back-packing trip just after graduating Hotelschool The Hague and ended up starting a job aligned with her passion for the hospitality industry in Colombia. In over 10 years of incredible experiences through diverse roles at different Marriott hotels, she developed a great passion for revenue and channel management and in thinking outside the box to position the hotels she worked for and pushed teams to improve performance through creative initiatives. After obtaining her Master’s in both Revenue Management and Digital Marketing, Lisette is now leading all that has to do with revenue strategy, distribution, channel management, scalability, and expansion of all labels at Corporate Housing Factory and YOSAA, where she implements new methods and brings best practices for business travel capabilities and distribution technology to the extended stay and serviced apartments industry.
