Limor Shklaz

Director of European housing and alternatives

Limor is an Investment Director of European Housing and Alternatives. Based in London, Limor is involved with the underwriting and transaction execution of new opportunities in the living and alternatives sector. This includes the implementation of best practices across ESG and construction innovation.

Before joining Nuveen, she worked at Invesco Real Estate where she was a member of the investment team focussed on multifamily and mixed-use developments in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Prior to this, she was a fund analyst for IREEF, Invesco’s flagship pan-European core plus fund. she started her career in 2011 in real estate acquisitions at Zenprop Property Holdings, a commercial real estate developer and investment manager based in the UK, South Africa and Australia.

Limor graduated with a Master of Architecture and B.Sc. Honours in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town. She is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Urban Land Institute. Limor is the Co-Chair of Achieve, a Nuveen industry affinity organisation that promotes the professional development, advancement and engagement of women at Nuveen.
