Joe has 15 years’ experience in banking having started his career at RBS. Prior to joining Beaufort, Joe spent four years at BLME where he was associate director for real estate. He has written and managed over £500m worth of lending, across a variety of sectors, such as residential, mixed-use, retirement and student accommodation with a total GDV of over £1.5 billion. Joe is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and speaks Spanish and Russian.
