Graham works closely with the senior team in the driving the growth of Praxis’s business with a focus on the development of investment strategies and capital relationships.

Graham has deep experience in real estate M&A, joint, ventures, capital raising, restructuring and investment strategy across sector on a pan EMEA basis on both a principal and advisory basis.

Prior to joining Praxis, he was an Executive Director in CBRE’s Investment Banking team where he executed in excess of £6bn in transactions including leading platform sales including Basecamp, dbSymmetry, RESA and joint ventures including Bruntwood Scitech, Moda Living, and Mountpark. Between 2006 and 2012 he was the Investment Strategist for Reech CBRE’s Iceberg real estate hedge fund. Prior to joining CBRE he held senior positions at the London based The United Bank of Kuwait PLC having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG.
