Director, real estate lending team

Ed is a director within the real estate lending business at Investec Bank, responsible for originating development and investment loans, specialising in the residential, PBSA, co-living, industrial and logistics sectors. Ed has been in this team for seven years, having previously qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC. Investec manages a c.£3 billion real estate loan book, comprising residential, PBSA, industrial and logistics, and office assets, and is looking to build exposure in co-living, having already lent close to £100 million in the sector.
