Following a 37 year career at Savills, building a London team specialising in residential development and investment, Dominic is ultra well connected across the UK property arena. In 2021 he established his own advisory business to provide strategic corporate or project specific advice to UK and global organisations, including tech and innovation businesses, seeking insights and traction in the UK real estate market.

Dominic has held senior leadership positions and sat on Savills UK National Board for over 20 years. He also sat on the Westminster Property Association Board and the DCLG Estate Regeneration Panel (chaired by Lord Heseltine). For two years until Dec 2022 he sat on the UK Proptech Association Board, and is also an Eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
