After earning an MBA, Dave North began his career at Lloyds Banking Group in 2005 on the graduate program. He spent most of his time focused on the derivatives business before transitioning to corporate coverage. Most recently, Dave led the hotel sector team within corporate and institutional banking, playing a key role in reshaping Lloyds' approach to hotel lending as the industry recovered from COVID-19.
