Ann-Marie Kinlock is the Director and Founder of KindHaus, a modern work/life space that blends workspace, wellness, and hospitality with a creche facility to create an inclusive, uplifting experience for people raising young families.

Founded in 2022, KindHaus was an instant success when they launched a 6-month pilot on a busy high street in North London. Building on that success, Ann-Marie has gone on to raise over a quarter of a million pounds in investment, to date, for a state of the art new site in Stoke Newington, London. 

Ann-Marie launched KindHaus after much investigation into the ‘Motherhood Penalty’ and the detrimental impact on gender equality at work and maternal mental health. Ann-Marie is on a mission to bring KindHaus to every borough in London, and to help transform urban spaces into places where families flourish.

Previously, Ann-Marie worked in financial services and consumer goods for 15+ years leading digital experience for Barclays, Samsung and Adidas. She holds a Bachelors with Hons in Interdisciplinary Design from Reading.
