Yays is a new travel and stay concept that reroutes urban tourism.
historical and industrial buildings, restored with respect and love for the neigbourhood, hosted by a concierge recruited from the local area to give that extra personal touch and information, to make guests feel at home instantly. Yays makes visitors feel like a resident. Yays buildings are situated in vivid quarters, outside the touristic city centre where there is an opportunity for the creation of a high degree of interaction with the particular quarter, its residents and local businesses. Yays enables the opportunity to unlock the hidden treasures of a city neighbourhood. In 2015 Yays opened three buildings in Amsterdam; Yays Bickersgracht, Yays Oostenburgergracht and Yays Zoutkeetsgracht, with a combined offering of more than 100 apartments. In Spring 2017 Yays opened its first building in Barcelona, situated in the lovely Sagrera neighbourhood offering another 30 concierged boutique apartments!
